About Us

Cheryl's 20 year career in the animation industry moved her across America and Canada.  With years of cooking for friends and family her dream of opening a b&b was finally realized.  She is happy to plant roots in the beautiful village of Watkins Glen, NY and to serve as caretaker to the historic Victorian house she now calls home.

The Red Kettle Inn Bed & Breakfast

The Red Kettle Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in the historic village of Watkins Glen, NY.  It is home to the beautiful Finger Lakes wine and cheese region, and the world famous Watkins Glen International Race Track.  We are located within walking distance to the Seneca Lakefront, Watkins Glen State Park, antique shops and delicious restaurants that line charming Franklin Street.  Enjoy a slower pace of life as you sip a glass of local wine on our wrap-around porch with old friends or meet new ones.

Our beautiful 1906 Victorian home is a throw back to the charm of yesteryear while still enjoying modern amenities including — Complimentary Wifi, Smart Tvs and 125 cable channels.  A homemade full country breakfast is made with local farm eggs, bread, fruits and vegetables that reflect the rich farming community that surrounds Watkins Glen.  House made jam, bread and quiche are just a sampling of our chef's choice breakfast.  Begin your day with a cup of local coffee or house blended tea that is served in our cheery dining room or alfresco on the front porch.  Watkins Glen has something for everyone and your host Cheryl invites you to relax, recharge and feel at home in her beautiful historic bed and breakfast.

About your host:

With 20 years working in the animation industry, Cheryl fulfilled a lifetime dream of opening her own business.  An avid tea lover, she is usually found in the kitchen experimenting with tea blends or making jam.  The area surrounding Watkins Glen is filled with a rich farming community and Cheryl would like to bring the local taste to your breakfast plate.
