Breakfast holds a special place in our heart.  At The Red Kettle Inn, we source as much of our ingredients locally as possible.  We frequent local Amish markets and strive to bring the flavors of the world famous Finger Lakes Region to your breakfast plate.  Our house blend coffee, The Red Kettle Black, was created especially for us by Seneca Sunrise Coffee right here in Watkins Glen.  A Kurig coffee machine is also always available.

Our Chef's choice breakfast is served between 8:30-9am and starts off with a fruit course, then a savory protein course.  The third course is a breakfast dessert, usually with fresh whipped cream.  The menu varies daily to keep things interesting.

 

Hotcakes fresh off the griddle with homemade buttermilk syrup and local maple syrup are always a favorite.  All is made fresh from scratch.
