GUEST ROOM RATES:  All guest room rates are subject to 8% New York State sales tax and 4% Schuyler County occupancy tax

Rates are based on double occupancy

Breakfast is included in your guest room rate daily.

RESERVATIONS:  All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card to reserve a room.  The Red Kettle Inn B&B accepts Cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover cards and America Express.

All reservations must be made in advance.  We do not accept walk in guests.

​

DEPOSIT: The Red Kettle Inn Bed & Breakfast will require a deposit of 1 nights Room & Tax when making your reservations.  Which will be charged immediately and refundable only if 14 days notice or greater is given.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT:

High Season

April 1 through November 31st

2 night minimum stay on all weekends

Please note:

Holidays, Event and Race weekends

January 1 through December 31

2-3 night minimum stay

CANCELLATIONS: 

With three rooms last minute cancellations can significantly affect our business.  Should you need to cancel a reservation and 14 days notice or greater is given the entire deposit is refundable. 

Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged the 1 night room deposit. 

Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full room stay.    

Earlier notice gives us the best opportunity to resell the room.  If room is resold full deposit is refundable.

(example BedandBreakfast.com, Expedia..) Guests must contact those services directly to modify their booking.

ALSO NOTE:  Reservations made via BedandBreakfast.com, Expedia and Booking.com are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night’s stay.

Book through our website The Red Kettle Inn Bed and Breakfast using our secure booking engine.

GUARANTEE NO SHOW:  Guarantee no shows will be charged your entire stays room and tax.

EARLY DEPARTURES:  Please note there are no refunds for early departures.

​

CHECK-IN:  4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (When booking please let us know your estimated time of arrival we will do our best to accommodate any special requests.)

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM

​

BREAKFAST:  A full rustic breakfast is served daily in the guest dining room between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. 

Please let us know of any dietary needs when booking we will do our best to accommodate them.

Gift Certificates:

Order your gift certificate online.  Gift certificates can be emailed directly to the recipient or we can Priority snail mail a copy. 

​

ALCOHOL:  The Red Kettle Inn B&B does not serve alcohol.  However, wine glasses and corkscrews are available for your use.

​

SMOKING:  We enjoy a smoke free environment.  Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.  Thank you in advance.

​

CHILDREN:  Well behaved children over the age of 10 are welcome when traveling with an adult.  Maximum occupancy per room is two guests.

​

PETS:  We love animals but we cannot accommodate pets at the bed & breakfast.  I'd be happy to recommend a local boarding facility or pet friendly accommodations.

Parking:  If you wish to bring more than one vehicle per room (or oversized vehicle/trailer), please let us know so we can advise if our parking capacity can accommodate your needs.

THE INN:  We ask guests be to be mindful of our linens and please use "make-up" face clothes that are provided.  We kindly ask that guests show common courtesy to others while staying in our home. We reserve the right to interpret what is acceptable.
